ENTRY:

All Ticket Sales are Final.

All guests must be 21+ with a valid photo ID. Ticket only guarantees entry before 1am, must arrive with entire group upon entry, and present valid photo ID along with matching credit card used at purchase.

NOTE: Guests arriving after 1am on the night of the event must pay the difference between their ticket price and the current door entertainment fee. If the purchaser will not be entering with the entire group, please contact TIXR at support@tixr.com to change the names on your PDF tickets.

NON-TRANSFERABLE:

Tickets are non-transferable. All ticket sales are final, and reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited.

THIRD PARTY WEBSITES:

Do not purchase tickets from third party websites such as Eventbrite. They will not be honored at the door, and we cannot issue a refund for tickets purchased anywhere other than Tixr.com

ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION FOR ENTRY

• Valid U.S. passport or U.S. passport card
• Valid Foreign government-issued passport with photograph and date of birth
• S. military ID (only active duty)
• Valid U.S. Driver's Licenses or other state photo identity cards issued by a State Department of Motor Vehicles (or equivalent) for the sole purpose of identification (must have photo and date of birth)

UNACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION FOR ENTRY

• Government issued identification or driver’s license (other than a passport) from any foreign country
• School identification
• Expired identification of any kind
• Birth certificate
• Social Security card
• Voter card
• Photocopies of any identification

DRESS CODE:

Upscale and Stylish Nightlife attire. No oversized clothing, including but not limited to T-shirts and pants. No beachwear permitted, such as shorts, tank tops, flip-flops, baseball caps, jerseys, etc.

PARKING

Event parking is available both on site at E11EVEN and the surrounding area. Valet parking is available for a fee. Street parking is available along N. Miami Ave, as well as 8th Street through 14th Street.
